OBITUARY

Donna Lee Puskavich, 76, of Ellsworth, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018, in her home, with her loving family by her side.

She was born January 3, 1942, in Monessen, a daughter of the late Steve and Betty Shrader Vlanich.

Mrs. Puskavich was a 1959 graduate of Bentleyville High School.

She was employed as a travel agent with University Travel in Pittsburgh for several years and as a server at Nemacolin Country Club for 20 years, until she retired to help raise her grandchildren.

Donna was a lifelong member of Bentleyville United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and family vacations to the beach. She especially loved their trips to Lake Erie.

On July 31, 1965, she married Richard Puskavich Sr., who survives. They celebrated 52 years of marriage together.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two children, Richard Puskavich Jr. of Wheeling, W.Va., and Lori L. Kirsch (Joel) of Canonsburg; two grandchildren, Tanner and Rylee Kirsch; brother, Barry Vlanich (Kathleen Mancinelli) of Bentleyville; sister, Joy Dunmire (Howard) of Monongahela; and several nieces and nephews.

Concordia Hospice provided her with great care in her time of need, including nurses Denise, Judy, Danielle, Carl and especially Tyler.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 12, with Pastor Barbara Bailey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contribution be made in Donna's name to Bentleyville United Methodist Church, 712 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314.
